Job Responsibilities

•Coordinate daily import and export shipment activities.

•Communicate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and transport partners.

•Handle shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, AWBs and Bills of Lading.

•Follow up on shipment bookings, pickups, deliveries and transit updates.

•Obtain freight quotations and coordinate with vendors.

•Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.

•Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.

•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
