We are seeking a proactive Logistics & Shopify Specialist responsible for managing the operational backbone of our e-commerce business. The candidate will oversee Shopify store operations, order processing, inventory management, shipping coordination, fulfilment, returns, and logistics partner management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Shopify, integrating shipping aggregators, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment from checkout to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Store Management

- Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations and backend administration.
- Manage product listings, SKUs, product variants, pricing, inventory updates, and collections.
- Upload and maintain product descriptions, images, specifications, and other product information.
- Monitor orders, payment status, cancellations, refunds, and fulfilment updates.
- Coordinate with the website development team for Shopify-related technical issues, app integrations, and store improvements.
- Ensure accurate product information and smooth customer checkout experiences.
- Monitor Shopify analytics, sales reports, and order performance.

2. Logistics & Shipping Management

- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, from order receipt to final delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and shipping aggregators such as Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.
- Manage shipping rules, delivery zones, shipping rates, and courier allocation.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, manifests, and other dispatch documentation.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered orders.
- Coordinate reverse pickups, returns, exchanges, and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.
- Negotiate and monitor shipping costs, delivery timelines, and service-level agreements with logistics partners.





3. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

- Maintain accurate inventory records across Shopify and warehouse systems.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Track inward and outward stock movement.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper SKU mapping and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor slow-moving, rapid-moving, and low-stock products.
- Maintain proper documentation of damaged, expired, and returned inventory.

4. Order & Customer Experience Management

- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of customer orders.
- Monitor order fulfilment timelines and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve order-related queries.
- Handle delivery exceptions, failed deliveries, cancellations, and refund coordination.
- Ensure a seamless post-purchase experience aligned with company's premium brand positioning.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering:
- Total orders received and fulfilled.
- Pending and delayed orders.
- Delivery success and RTO percentages.
- Inventory availability and stock movement.
- Shipping costs and logistics performance.
- Returns, refunds, and cancellations.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Track logistics KPIs and work towards reducing fulfilment costs and delivery delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or Shopify store management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify backend and order management.
- Experience with shipping aggregators such as Shiprocket, NimbusPost, or equivalent platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
