We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Sales Manager to join our team in Bihar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing finance and a proven track record in sales management. As a Loan Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of loan products, particularly Loan Against Property (LAP) and home loans, while building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve loan sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and other connectors to enhance sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan application process.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and disbursements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of housing finance products, particularly Loan Against Property and home loans.
