Exp: Min 4 years in sales & Loan collections

Role:

- Handle Sales and collection activities for B2B trade.
- Follow up regular & overdue customers for EMI payments.
- Visit customers in the field for recovery and relationship management.
- Maintain daily collection reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolution.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Handle delinquent accounts and minimize overdue cases.

Required Skills:

- Basic collection and recovery knowledge.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Field work handling experience.
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
