Job title: Loan Operations Specialist Purpose of the Role The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for facilitating and managing various aspects of loan servicing, syndication, and operations. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of loan processing activities while adhering to regulatory requirements. Scope of Work - Oversee the end-to-end process of loan servicing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

- Manage loan syndication processes, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Utilize Loan IQ software to manage loan data and maintain accurate records throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on loan performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the loan operation process.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and streamline processes.
- Provide expertise in loan operations best practices and contribute to the development of operational policies.
