Scope of Work - Manage the processing and documentation of business loan applications, ensuring all required information is collected and verified.

- Oversee cash credit operations, including assessment, approval, and monitoring of accounts to facilitate effective cash management for clients.
- Conduct thorough document verification to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during the loan application process.
- Supervise the loan disbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate distributions to approved applicants while adhering to all regulatory requirements.




- Collaborate with other banking operations teams to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to loan operations for auditing purposes.
- Regularly review operational procedures and policies to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency.

Candidate

Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations, specifically in loan management or related fields.

- Strong knowledge of business loan products and cash credit services.
