Role Description The Life Insurance Specialist will work in a part-time, remote capacity, supporting customers in understanding and selecting suitable life insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, assessing their protection and financial planning needs, and recommending appropriate ICICI Life products. The role involves explaining policy features and benefits in clear terms, assisting with applications and documentation, and following up to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.





The specialist will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries. Ongoing activities also include meeting assigned sales and service targets while promoting a customer-centric approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Insurance and Insurance Sales, with the ability to match products to customer protection and financial needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including consultative selling, relationship building, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance, particularly personal financial planning and long-term savings concepts relevant to life insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a straightforward, inclusive manner.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time setting, with effective time management and self-motivation.
- Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic digital literacy for using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and electronic documentation.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
