We are looking for an Associate – Life Insurance with 1–2 years of experience in Back Office Operations and Financial Operations, preferably in the Life Insurance and Annuities domain.

The candidate should have a positive understanding of financial transactions, including money-in and money-out processes, debit and credit matching, and reconciliation activities.

Roles & Responsibilities





- Handle day-to-day back-office operations related to Life Insurance and Annuities.
- Manage financial transactions involving money-in and money-out activities.
- Perform debit and credit matching and reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain proper records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial entries.
- Work on reconciliation activities using the BlackLine system.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain operational accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Financial Operations or Back Office Operations.
- Good knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuities.
- Understanding of debit and credit transactions.
- Knowledge of BlackLine system is preferred.
- Average communication skills required.
