Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the PositionRoboKriti India Private Limited is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and result-oriented Liaison & Billing Officer to manage railway project documentation, Measurement Book (MB) preparation, billing, payment follow-ups, and coordination with Indian Railway officials.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely preparation, submission, verification, and clearance of railway project bills and outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities1. Railway Billing & Measurement Book (MB)

- Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB) for completed railway installation and maintenance work.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills.
- Coordinate with railway engineers for measurement verification and certification.
- Prepare and submit invoices, supporting documents, and billing statements.
- Ensure timely processing and clearance of bills.

2. Railway Department Coordination

- Coordinate with SSE, JE, ADEN, DEN, Sr. DEN, Accounts, and other concerned railway officials.
- Follow up on project approvals, measurement verification, billing, and payments.
- Visit railway divisions, stations, and project offices as required.
- Maintain professional relationships with railway officials.
- Resolve documentation and billing-related queries.

3. Payment Collection & Outstanding Management

- Track submitted bills and pending payments.
- Follow up with concerned railway departments for timely payment clearance.
- Maintain records of outstanding bills, deductions, and recoveries.
- Coordinate with the company's Accounts Department for payment reconciliation.
- Ensure timely clearance of pending dues through official procedures.

4. Project Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project-wise records of work orders, agreements, measurements, invoices,



and payment status.
- Prepare regular billing and outstanding payment reports.
- Coordinate with installation teams for work completion certificates and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence with railway departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / Engineering background preferred.
- Knowledge of railway billing procedures, Measurement Books (MB), and government contracts.
- Experience in railway projects, government billing, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
- Ability to independently visit railway offices and follow up on pending work.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across India.
- Responsible, skilled, and result-oriented working attitude.

Preference: Candidates with previous experience in Indian Railways projects, government contracts, civil/electrical works billing, or liaison activities. Salary & Benefits? Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
