About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Manager with strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, commercial agreements and real estate legal matters. The candidate will be responsible for managing legal documentation, handling property-related transactions, supporting M&A; activities and providing legal guidance to business and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, NDAs, MOUs, LOIs and other legal agreements.
- Handle real estate legal matters, including land documentation, property due diligence, leasing and registration processes.
- Manage commercial contracts, identify contractual risks and ensure protection of the company's business interests.
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), including legal due diligence and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, clients and internal stakeholders for legal matters and contract closures.
- Handle legal notices, litigation matters, case tracking and legal correspondence.




- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial and property laws.
- Maintain legal records, agreements and documentation.

Requirements
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, commercial contracts or real estate legal functions.
- LLB / LLM qualification.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, vetting and negotiation.
- Sound knowledge of land laws, real estate documentation and commercial agreements.
- Exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A;) and legal due diligence.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from Real Estate / Infrastructure backgrounds will be preferred.
- Candidates from Mumbai Location will be considered.
