Our client, a Bangalore based Real Estate developer looking for a Regional Legal Counsel to own all legal matters across its operations. The role covers litigation and arbitration, JDAs, sale deeds and lease agreements, RERA and regulatory compliance, and governance, along with leading an in-house legal team and managing external counsel.

Professionals with 15+ years in legal, with 7+ years leading legal in real estate , solid command of RERA, land acquisition and title due diligence, and a track record on large-scale projects in metro cities are required.

An LLB is required (LLM or MBA preferred), and fluency in Kannada is a must.
