Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate with a focus on litigation and case records to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in handling litigation cases and will be responsible for supporting the legal team in managing case documentation and research.

Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research and analysis on litigation cases.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, pleadings, and case records.
- Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
- Attend court hearings and assist senior lawyers during trials.
- Prepare summaries of legal cases and findings for review by senior associates.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation matters.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of experience in litigation and case management.
- Robust understanding of legal principles and court procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
