- CTC: Up to 7.20 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Music Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate complex music industry contracts, including Exclusive Artist Deals, Music Acquisitions, Licensing, and Distribution agreements.

- Rights Management: Oversee and maintain comprehensive rights/agreement databases and execute due processes.

- Production & Brand Deals: Structure and draft agreements for brand-led deals, content production, marketing campaigns, and allied projects.

Who We Are Looking For

- Education: LL.B or LL.M degree from a recognized law university.

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of core experience in Media & Entertainment law, with heavy, proven expertise specifically within the music industry.

- Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
