The role offers an chance to join a lean, high-ownership legal team, working closely with business and credit teams on structured finance transactions, lending products and legal structuring. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NBFC / banking / structured finance,
including loan against securities, loan against property and structured liabilities such as NCDs, commercial paper and PTCs. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, along with the ability to independently manage and close transactions, are essential.
