The Role

We’re looking for an experienced creative leader to manage a team of Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists and Graphic Designers. You’ll bring strong team management together with hands-on expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, e-commerce creatives and AI-based content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and guide a team of Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists and Graphic Designers

- Schedule, allocate and track tasks based on business priorities and deadlines

- Review creative output for quality, brand consistency and on-time delivery

- Train and mentor the team on software, workflows and best practices

- Create and supervise AI-generated brand films, videos and images for D2C and e-commerce brands

- Develop Amazon A+ Content, A+ Galleries, product listing creatives and website graphics

- Handle campaign design, template creation, typography, layouts and brand communication

- Work with marketing,



e-commerce and other internal teams to turn campaign requirements into strong visual content

- Stay current on new creative technologies, AI tools and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

- 5-10 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics or creative production

- Proven experience managing and mentoring a creative team

- Strong command of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, branding and campaign design

- Hands-on experience creating content for D2C, e-commerce, Amazon and other marketplaces

- Experience using AI tools for image generation, video creation, voiceovers and brand films

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment
- An updated portfolio covering design, video, motion graphics, e-commerce and campaign work (mandatory
