Job Title: Lead Tutor / Academic Team Lead

Experience: 2-5 Years (Preferred)

TUIDO is looking for a responsible, experienced and enthusiastic Lead Tutor to manage our academic team and ensure the smooth functioning of teaching operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, leadership abilities and experience in handling tutors and academic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide and coordinate the team of offline tutors.
- Monitor daily teaching schedules and ensure classes are conducted on time.
- Review lesson plans, syllabus completion and academic progress.
- Monitor tutor attendance, punctuality and performance.
- Conduct regular academic reviews and provide feedback to tutors.
- Ensure worksheets, assignments, assessments and teaching materials are prepared.
- Track student performance and identify students who require additional support.
- Coordinate with parents regarding academic progress and concerns.
- Prepare and submit weekly academic reports to management.
- Handle class rescheduling,



tutor allocation and academic-related issues.
- Maintain discipline and ensure quality teaching standards across the team.
- Support management in improving academic operations and teaching processes.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Mathematics, Science and/or other school subjects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team of tutors.
- Good planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and basic documentation.
- Ability to handle students, parents and tutors professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 25 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Senior Tutor, Academic Coordinator, Subject Lead or Team Lead is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong teaching experience and leadership potential may also apply.
