Job Title: Lead Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, lead technical hiring initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates across various technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, team coordination, and candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple domains.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment for roles across software development, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, data, and other IT domains.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage and guide a team of recruiters, monitor performance, and ensure recruitment targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
- Manage recruitment pipelines, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure timely submissions.




- Negotiate compensation, manage candidate expectations, and support the offer-to-joining process.
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruitment efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with prior experience in a lead or team-handling role preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical job descriptions, and hiring requirements.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience handling multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a recruitment team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
- Familiarity with W-2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment management systems.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and managing successful placements.
