Role Summary

We are looking for skilled Appian Developers to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform. The role involves building workflow automation solutions, integrating applications with external systems, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Appian platform.
- Build SAIL interfaces, Process Models, Records, Reports, Dashboards, Expression Rules, and Decision Rules.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, Connected Systems, and Integration Objects.
- Work with CDTs, JSON, relational databases, and application security.
- Analyse business requirements and convert them into automated workflows.
- Handle application enhancements, troubleshooting, bug fixes,



and production support.
- Participate in SIT/UAT, deployment, and application maintenance.
- For Lead Developers: Drive technical design, code reviews, development standards, and guide the development team.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Appian development and configuration.
- Proficiency in SAIL, Process Models, Expression Rules, Records, CDTs, and workflow automation.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and external system integrations.
- Positive understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling.
- Knowledge of Appian deployment, version control, and security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Appian Associate or Senior Developer certification is an added advantage.
