Key responsibilities and purpose of this role:

1. Plant Quality Coordination: Coordinate with suiting and shirting plants to continuously improve product and process quality.

2. Outsourcing Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the shirting and suiting outsourcing teams to ensure all outsourced products meet Raymond standards.

3. Vendor Management: Conduct vendor verifications and support the commercial team in developing new vendors.

4. Product Approvals: Ensure timely approvals for outsourced goods, covering finishing, testing, and inspection standards.

5. Prototyping: Assist the central product team with the prototyping of recent products.

6. Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure timely certification for management systems and ongoing sustainability initiatives."
