Role Summary

We are looking for a Configuration Lead with extensive experience in Insurance and Annuity platforms. The candidate will lead configuration initiatives, drive solution delivery, oversee testing activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the configuration and maintenance of insurance and annuity products.
- Drive implementation and validation of business rules, workflows, forms, and suitability processes.
- Oversee Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing activities.
- Lead VTXML configurations, API integration validation, and data mapping initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve complex production issues through root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business, client, delivery, and vendor teams throughout the SDLC.
- Mentor and guide configuration and QA team members.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage work items using Jira and Azure DevOps.




- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and delivery standards.

Ideal Candidate A professional with 8-12 years of experience in Insurance and Annuity platforms, including leadership experience in configuration, testing, integrations, and production support. Experience with AnnuityNet, Affirm, or FireLight (Hexure) is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
