Summary
Job Title - Mid-Level PCO Developer
Location - Mumbai, India
Experience - 5 to 7 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PCO Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our client's team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess robust hands-on expertise in PCO (PowerCurve Originations) and have experience working on end-to-end development, configuration, and implementation activities. Candidates who can join immediately or are serving a short notice period will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support solutions using PowerCurve Originations (PCO).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain workflows, decision strategies, and integrations within the PCO platform.
- Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and support system integration testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in PowerCurve Originations (PCO).
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in system integrations, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Risk domains.
- Exposure to related Experian PowerCurve products will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working in client-facing environments.
Candidate Preference Preferred location - Mumbai or candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
