We’re Hiring | Lead Generation Associate for a Leading Insurance Broking Co. | Gurugram

? Experience: 2–4 years

? CTC: Up to ₹4–5.5 LPA + Variables

?️ Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and other outreach channels.
- Identify potential corporate clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct initial conversations with prospects and assess their suitability.
- Schedule meetings and connect qualified leads with the sales team.
- Maintain a database of prospects, track lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve lead generation targets.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development.
- Robust calling, lead qualification, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Insurance or BFSI industry experience will be an added advantage.
