Lead Architect – Design Management

Pravaas creates the experience vision in-house. We need an architect who turns that vision into built reality by leading the external firms we appoint.
What you'll do
– Work with the Founder and Design Director to shape project visions, from single zones to complete airport experiences
– Brief, appoint and manage external architecture, engineering and design-and-build firms
– Review drawings and specifications for design intent, buildability and cost
– Coordinate client and airport approvals, statutory clearances and MEP integration
– Hold design quality and timelines from concept to handover
You bring
– B.Arch, with 8–12 years of experience, including large public, transit or hospitality projects
– Proven experience managing consultants, not just designing
– A strong eye for experience, culture and storytelling in space
– Familiarity with Vectorworks, AutoCAD or Revit, plus an interest in AI design tools
