Assistant Manager Learning & Development (L&D;)- Plant

Location: Anantapur, AP

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs through skill gap analysis and drive employee development in behavioural, functional, and technical areas.
- Develop and implement multiskilling initiatives across departments.
- Conduct behavioural training needs assessment and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Prepare and manage the L&D; budget while ensuring cost-effective training delivery.
- Develop and manage internal and external trainers and training partners.
- Design, customize, and deliver training modules as per business requirements.
- Drive paperless learning initiatives to reduce paper consumption and carbon footprint.




- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with IMS requirements and audit standards.
- Generate training MIS, competency reports, and audit-related documentation.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA/MSW/PGDM (HR) or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
