Scope of Work - Develop and implement sales strategies for LAP products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Manage the end-to-end process of loan against property sales, including customer engagement, documentation, and approval procedures.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor in home loan and secured loan offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of loan applications and adherence to compliance standards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance,



client feedback, and market insights for senior management review.
- Provide training and guidance to loan officers on LAP product features and selling techniques to enhance team performance.

Candidate

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in lap sales or related fields such as mortgage sales or secured loans.

- Proven track record in managing customer relationships effectively within the financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to home loans and secured lending.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
