We are looking for a highly experienced and talented Landscape Architect with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capability, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to lead projects from concept development through execution, while ensuring the highest standards of design and delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed landscape designs.
- Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, grading plans, and construction drawings.
- Design outdoor spaces, gardens, parks, courtyards, terraces, podiums, and recreational areas.
- Select appropriate trees, shrubs, ground covers, hardscape materials, and outdoor furniture.
- Prepare detailed drawings, sections, elevations, and landscape details.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material samples.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles, water-efficient landscaping, and native plant species.

- Revit (additional advantage)
- Landscape detailing and working drawings
- Planting design and horticulture knowledge
- Knowledge of hardscape and softscape materials

Required Competencies

- Strong design and creative thinking.
- Good understanding of landscape architecture principles.
- Knowledge of Indian plants, trees, and climatic conditions.
- Understanding of grading, drainage, irrigation, and site development.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
