About the role

We need an operator for our semi-rotary label die-cutting and finishing machine. You will turn printed rolls into finished labels, with accurate cutting, desired finishing and clean rewinding.

Responsibilities

- Mount flexible dies on the magnetic cylinder and set cut depth and anvil gap for each material
- Run die-cutting, matrix (waste) removal and rewinding for labels and coupons
- Set up slitting where needed and keep blades sharp and changed on schedule
- Check cut quality, register and peel, and adjust to avoid liner cut-through or poor peel
- Keep job records, track waste and report machine issues or die wear
- Maintain the machine, handle dies carefully and keep the work area clean

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma or equivalent experience
- 2+ years on label die-cutting, rotary or semi-rotary finishing, slitting machines
- Knowledge of dies, cutting, matrix removal and label materials (paper, film)




- Able to set up jobs from a job card and judge quality by eye and with measuring tools
- Attention to detail and a sense of safety around cutting tools

Preferred

- Experience with RK or similar finishing machines
- Experience cutting films and synthetics, or tamper-evident and void materials
- Experience with slitter-rewinders and inspection systems

Offered: Salary per month, Advantages, and training from the machine manufacturer. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
