Hiring: L2 Technical Lead - ZTNA Support.

Location: Delhi & Pune

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Experience required : 6+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in ZTNA/Security Product Support/Endpoint Security.

Notice Period- Immediate to 30 days

We're looking for an experienced L2 Technical Lead - ZTNA Support to join a 24x7 Enterprise Security Operations team. The role involves leading L1 engineers, handling complex ZTNA/security incidents, troubleshooting network and endpoint security issues, and supporting integrations like AD, LDAP, MFA, and SIEM.

✅ 5+ years in Security Product Support, ZTNA, Endpoint Security, Antivirus, or Threat Hunting

✅ Solid Linux, Networking, VPN, Firewall, AD/LDAP, MFA, and Incident Management skills

✅ Experience with Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto, Cisco Secure Access, Fortinet, Check Point, or HySecure preferred.
