Key Responsibilities 1.

Technical Recruitment

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as IT Support, Network Engineers, Developers, Cloud Engineers, etc. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial technical screening calls. 2.

Candidate Management

Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure a smooth candidate experience. 3.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements.



Provide updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress. 4.

Recruitment Operations

Maintain candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Ensure proper documentation and recruitment tracking. Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination.

- Reporting & Metrics Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, number of interviews, and offer conversions. Maintain updated reports for management review.

Required Skills Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.

Experience sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc. Good knowledge of technical screening and candidate evaluation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment.

Experience working with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards.
