Engineer (VMware Kubernetes Engineer)

We are seeking a seasoned VMware Admin with deep expertise in VMware Tanzu / Kubernetes Cluster , to drive the design, deployment, and optimization of our cloud-native platforms. As part of our Engineering department, you will guide a high-performing team, shape platform strategy, and ensure our applications are scalable, secure, and resilient. Requirements:

1. 5+ years of professional experience in engineering or platform operations, with at least 3 years dedicated to VMware Tanzu (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, Tanzu Mission Control, or Tanzu Application Service).

2. Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes concepts (pods, services, ingress, CRDs)



and container runtimes such as Docker or containerd.

3. Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tooling (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent).

4. Solid knowledge of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and security best practices in cloud environments.

5. Experience designing highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

6. Proven leadership abilities—mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
