Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive - KYC & Account Opening to manage client onboarding and account opening processes. The candidate will be responsible for verifying client documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, processing KYC applications, and coordinating with clients and internal teams for smooth account activation.

Key Responsibilities

- Process client account opening and KYC documentation as per SEBI, NSE, BSE, and Depository guidelines.
- Verify and validate client documents including PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof, income proof, and other required documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate client onboarding and account activation.
- Coordinate with sales teams and clients to resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain records and compliance standards related to KYC and account opening.




- Track pending applications and follow up for completion.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in KYC, Account Opening, or Operations within the Stock Broking/BFSI industry.
- Knowledge of KYC norms, AML guidelines, and client onboarding processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational systems.

Preferred Skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of CDSL/NSDL account opening processes.
- Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple applications efficiently.
