We’re hiring a junior creative who can take a brief, concept, or reference and turn it into polished social posts, reels, and ads. Hands-on graphic design and video editing are both required.
What you’ll do
- Design static posts, carousels, and paid social ads using supplied concepts, copy, and product assets.
- Edit reels and short video ads from supplied footage, including cuts, captions, music, and simple transitions.
- Adapt designs and videos for different placements, sizes, and campaign variants.
- Apply feedback from the Camia team and keep the brand’s look consistent across formats.
What we’re looking for
- Around 2 years of hands-on experience creating social media content across static and video formats.
- Working proficiency in Adobe design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Canva.
- The ability to independently edit a short reel from raw footage in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or a similar tool.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI design tools for exploring visual ideas or creating and adapting assets.
- A good eye for layout, typography, product imagery, and pacing.
Experience with skincare, personal care, lifestyle, or other consumer brands is a plus. How to applyEmail your portfolio and a brief introduction to
