: Junior/Senior/Lead Hardware Design Engineer

Experience: 2-8 years

Job Location: Bangalore and Pune

Mandatory:

- Design, simulate, and develop a variety of Electronics. power electronic circuits, including AC-DC, DC-DC converters, power supplies.
- Design experience on Digital circuits, Analog circuits and microcontroller-based design.
- Experience/exposure on board bring-up testing, prototype testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience/exposure on Circuit simulation tools such as PSPICE, LT SPICE and able provide analysis along with detailed design calculations in MathCAD or similar
- Develop schematics using ECAD tools such as Altium, Mentor Graphics, KiCAD etc. and collaborate with PCB engineers on layout development.
- Designs multilayer boards and worked on board stack up products
- Planning, Design, Analysis, Compliance / Precompliance Testing and Manufacturing of electronic board(s), product(s) with system understanding.
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines (e.g. mechatronics, internal and external industrial engineering, technical sales towards customer) to ensure quality,



to fulfill the requirements and to reach target costs.
- Provide life cycle analysis of electronic components and suggest alternate for replacement
- Create hardware documentation e.g. BOM, design and test specifications
- Perform activities after serial launch, e.g. change and obsolescence management.
- Positive understanding of variety of electronic components and their function
- Understanding of PCB layout and able to perform Layout review

Experience and Qualifications:

- B.Tech/M.Tech with specialization in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in Embedded C software and Matlab will be a big plus.

Desirable:

- Carryout FMEA/DFMEA analysis.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and safety standards like UL, VDE, IEC, or BIS.
- Is responsible for product safety
- Requirement Engineering Certifications like CPRE
- Consults in commissioning products in the field, in order to support responsible Engineer
