Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Researcher role based in Tiruvallur.

The Junior

Researcher will support product and technology teams by gathering data, conducting literature and market reviews, and organizing findings into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities include assisting in user research activities, such as surveys and interviews, documenting research outcomes, and helping translate research into requirements or improvements for software products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional team members, preparing concise reports or presentations, and maintaining research databases and documentation.

Researcher will also participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas based on evidence, and continuously learn new methods and tools to strengthen research quality.

Qualifications

- Solid research and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Interest in user behavior and experience, with familiarity in basic user research methods such as surveys, interviews, and observational studies.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with digital tools and software, such as office productivity suites, documentation platforms, and basic data analysis or visualization tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new research techniques, domain knowledge, and product ecosystems.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in research, data analysis, or product-related studies is an advantage but not mandatory.
