We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project Architect with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in preparing high-quality architectural working drawings and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of architectural detailing,

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution is mandatory. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD, with the ability to independently prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
- Solid experience in preparing working drawings, construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Good understanding of construction materials, building systems, architectural detailing, and construction practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of drawing quality and accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.




- Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality architectural working drawings and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, joinery details, and other technical drawings as per project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and aligned with the overall design intent.
- Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Review and incorporate inputs from consultants and site teams into architectural drawings.
- Assist in resolving technical and detailing-related issues during project execution.
- Conduct site visits, wherever required, to understand site conditions and ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and updated sets of construction drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with exposure to high-end residential, luxury residential, villas, bungalows, and hospitality projects will be given preference.
