We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions within the Semiconductor, PCB Manufacturing, and EMS industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

- Recruit for engineering, production, quality, purchase, supply chain, and support functions.

- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.

- Negotiate salary, coordinate offer releases, and follow up on joining.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and MIS reports.

- Coordinate with staffing agencies and recruitment consultants.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

- Experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.

- Understanding of technical hiring and manufacturing roles.

- Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
