Junior IT Engineer (Mumbai) Company: KWALITY ENTERPRISES Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 0 - 2 years Salary: 2,16,000 - 3,00,000 per year Junior IT Engineer - Printer Installation & Support Job Summary : Key Responsibilities : Install and configure network and USB printers. Install printer drivers on Windows laptops and desktops. Configure printer IP addresses and network settings.

Troubleshoot printer hardware and software issues. Diagnose and resolve printing, scanning, and connectivity problems. Perform preventive maintenance and replacement of printer parts such as toner, drum, fuser, and rollers.

Coordinate with customers and provide on-site technical support. Update service reports after every visit.

Required Skills : Knowledge of printer installation and configuration. Basic understanding of Windows OS and printer driver installation.



Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP configuration, and printer sharing. Ability to troubleshoot printer and scanner issues. Valuable communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel across Mumbai for on-site support.

Preferred Qualifications : Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Hardware, Electronics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in printer or computer hardware support. Freshers with positive technical knowledge are also welcome.
