Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries.
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Assist in performance management and HR initiatives.
Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management.
