Key Responsibilities

- Manage CTB reset and material readiness planning based on the latest production requirements.
- Collect and validate MPS reset quantities to establish the latest build demand.
- Coordinate with the PC team to collect production data, including:NG + take away
- Download and consolidate required material-planning data from EBS, including:

- Inventory

- Open PO (OPO)

- Purchase Requisition (PR)

- Goods Receipt (GR)
- Perform Demand vs supply analysis to determine material availability against the latest MPS requirement.
- Calculate and actualize the CTB position considering production input, fallout, inventory, and incoming supply.
- Identify material shortages, gating parts, and potential excess inventory affecting production builds.
- Validate inventory and incoming supply quantities before publishing the final CTB status.




- Track Open PO, PR, and GR status and follow up on pending material requirements.
- Coordinate with Planning, PC, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams to resolve material gaps.
- Develop and track shortage recovery plans to ensure material availability meets the production schedule.
- Prepare and publish CTB/material readiness reports, highlighting shortages, risks, excess, and recovery status.
- Monitor material status regularly and escalate critical shortages that may impact production or build readiness.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely CTB actualization through proper validation and cross-functional review.
