? Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Weekly Off: Sunday

About WEVOWWEVOW is a growing Indian ethnic wear manufacturer specializing in sarees, designer blouses, and handcrafted garments. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer to join our design and production team.

Candidates with a genuine passion for ethnic wear, garment construction, and design development are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing blouses, sarees, and ethnic wear collections
- Develop new design concepts and creative ideas
- Prepare design sketches, measurement sheets, and technical specifications
- Assist in pattern development and sample creation
- Coordinate with the Pattern Master, Cutting Master, and production team
- Support fabric selection, colour combinations, and embellishment detailing
- Ensure proper fitting, finishing, and design accuracy




- Assist in monitoring sampling and production execution
- Research current fashion trends and market requirements
- Maintain design records and production-related documentation

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fashion designing
- Experience in blouse and ethnic wear designing is preferred
- Valuable knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, measurements, and patterns
- Basic understanding of production and sampling processes
- Creative, responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a garment manufacturing environment
