Role Description The Junior Architect / Intern will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and documentation for projects across residential, commercial, and real estate sectors. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with schematic design, preparing CAD and 3D models, producing presentation materials, and coordinating design details with senior architects and consultants. The role involves site visits in and around Jaipur, gathering measurements, supporting design reviews, and helping ensure that project specifications and timelines are met.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur,



requiring close collaboration with design, interiors, landscape, and project management teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration only as they apply to architectural design tools, BIM workflows, or interoperability between design platforms.
- Candidates should possess foundational Project Management skills, such as basic scheduling, coordination with consultants, and documentation tracking.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), along with MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Architecture from an accredited institution; 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or junior role).
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and interest in sustainable and contemporary architecture.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
