Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities at our School Buildings Project in Telangana. The candidate should have practical experience in site accounting, cash and bank transactions, vendor payments, bill processing, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting operations at the project site.
- Maintain cash books, bank books, petty cash, and transaction records.
- Record and verify supplier invoices, purchase bills, subcontractor bills, and expense vouchers.
- Maintain vendor accounts, ledgers, and payment records.
- Monitor daily site expenses and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Handle cash and bank entries and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain employee advances, site expenses,



and settlement records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly expense statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, store personnel, vendors, and Head Office accounts team.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 24 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience in site accounting, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of vendor billing, cash handling, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently at a project site.

Preferred Experience
- Candidates with previous experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects will be preferred.
- Experience handling site-level accounting activities independently.
- Familiarity with material bills, subcontractor bills, and project expenses.
