Designation: Junior Purchase Accountant

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily purchase entries in Tally / ERP software.
- Enter purchase invoices, bills and expense vouchers accurately.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders (PO) and delivery challans.
- Maintain purchase registers, supplier ledgers and vendor accounts.
- Record debit notes, credit notes and purchase returns.
- Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Store and Accounts departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase bills, GST invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST data preparation and purchase-related reports.
- Track pending bills, advances and vendor payment details.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly purchase reports.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B. Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase Accounting / Accounts.
- Valuable working knowledge of Tally and GST.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Proficiency in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF formulas and data reconciliation.
- Good data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high volumes of purchase entries.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible candidate who can independently manage daily purchase entries, maintain accurate accounting records and prepare reports using Advanced Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
