About the Role

NS Ventures is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and practical experience in day-to-day accounting activities, GST, TDS, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.

This role is suitable for candidates who have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and are looking to strengthen their knowledge and grow professionally in a finance and accounting workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and update books of accounts accurately.
- Assist in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, payment vouchers, and expense records.
- Assist with GST calculations, reconciliations, and preparation of GST-related documents.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and maintaining relevant records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and assist with vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain petty cash records, expense statements, and reimbursement details.
- Assist in preparing payment schedules and following up on outstanding payments.
- Support monthly payroll processing and maintain employee salary records.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting bills.




- Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports and MIS statements.
- Support internal and statutory audits by arranging relevant accounting documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic to practical knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, and AR.
- Familiarity with invoicing, purchase entries, payment entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting functions.
- Experience with Tally ERP, TallyPrime, Zoho Books, or any other accounting software.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain organized financial records and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
