We supply the products that keep hospitality businesses running, and we are growing our team at our Siliguri warehouse.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and billing at our Siliguri warehouse. You will work closely with the warehouse, sales, and management teams to keep records accurate, invoices timely, and compliance in order.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, credit/debit notes, and delivery challans
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Reconcile stock records with warehouse inventory and flag discrepancies
- Track customer receivables and supplier payables, and follow up on outstanding payments




- Generate and verify e-way bills and e-invoices
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash book, and petty cash records
- Maintain organised financial documents, bills, and vouchers
- Assist the senior accountant/CA with monthly closing, TDS, and audit requirements
- Prepare basic MIS reports for management as required

Requirements

- 0-2 years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and e-way billing
- Ability to work in a warehouse/trading environment and coordinate with multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a trading, distribution, or warehouse-based business
- Experience with inventory-linked accounting
