We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented Social Media & Community Growth Executive who can help us increase app downloads, build communities, and grow our international user base.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Growth

- Grow Babblio's presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Identify relevant Facebook groups and LinkedIn communities for organic promotion.
- Increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and app downloads.
- Research competitor social media strategies and campaigns.

1. Telegram & Discord Community Growth

- Find and join relevant Telegram groups and Discord servers.
- Promote Babblio in relevant English learning and international communities.
- Build and manage Babblio's own Telegram and Discord communities.
- Engage users through discussions, activities, challenges, and events.
- Encourage community members to download and actively use Babblio.

1. App User Acquisition

- Develop organic user acquisition strategies.




- Identify platforms where we can promote Babblio for free.
- Drive app installs from India, USA, UK, Europe, and other international markets.
- Track user acquisition sources and campaign performance.
- Experiment with different growth strategies.

1. Competitor Research

- Research competitors such as HelloTalk, Tandem, Clubhouse, and other English-speaking communities.
- Analyse their social media presence and community-building strategies.
- Identify new platforms and opportunities for Babblio's growth.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
- Understanding of organic social media growth.
- Valuable written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of community management.
- Creative thinking and execution skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics.
- Understanding of app marketing and user acquisition.

Performance Expectations (First 30 Days)
- Create and execute a social media growth plan.
- Identify 100+ relevant Facebook groups, Telegram groups, and Discord communities.
- Publish consistent content across social media platforms.
- Build initial engagement in Babblio communities.
- Generate measurable organic app downloads.
- Submit weekly growth and performance reports.

Compensation As per experience and skills.
