The role

We seek an articulate, service-minded Jewellery Consultant / Curator who can understand each client’s preferences and help them select meaningful jewellery with confidence.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver a welcoming, personalised experience in the showroom and private lounge.
- Curate jewellery selections for everyday wear, weddings, gifting and special occasions.
- Explain natural-diamond quality, certification, precious metals, craftsmanship, pricing and care accurately.
- Advise clients on styling, collection coordination and bespoke options.
- Manage enquiries, appointments and follow-ups across the showroom, WhatsApp and online channels.
- Build client relationships and maintain accurate preferences, purchase history and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve agreed sales and client-retention targets while maintaining transparent, professional service.
- Coordinate custom orders, delivery timelines and after-sales support.
- Support visual merchandising,



stock accuracy and secure jewellery handling.

Candidate profile

- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in fine jewellery, luxury retail or premium client advisory.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi or other languages are an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of diamonds and jewellery, with a willingness to undertake further training.
- A refined sense of style, attention to detail and confidence in personal consultations.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, digital enquiries and relationship-based selling.
- Gemmology or jewellery qualifications are an advantage.

Compensation: Based on experience, with performance incentives.
