Experience : 9-12 years

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Core Languages & Design: Expert in Java 8/11/17+, OOP, design patterns (SAGA, MVC, CQRS).
- Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, Hibernate, RESTful API development.
- FrontEnd: Angular (or React/Vue), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Databases: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, GraphDB).
- Tools & DevOps: Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab), Postman.
- Cloud & Messaging: Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, and messaging systems (Kafka, NATS, MQ).
- AI Enablement: Experience with AIdriven codegeneration tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities; excellent communication; team-oriented mindset; ability to work independently and mentor others; continuous learning orientation.
