We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Couple Coordinator to assist patients and couples visiting our fertility centre. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, providing general information about hospital services, maintaining follow-up communication, and supporting couples throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with couples and patients visiting the fertility centre.
- Explain general hospital procedures, appointment schedules, and consultation processes.
- Assist patients with appointment booking and follow-up coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with couples regarding scheduled visits.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors, and other hospital departments.
- Guide patients regarding the next steps in their consultation and treatment schedule, as instructed by the clinical team.
- Maintain patient details, follow-up records, and coordination reports.
- Address general patient enquiries and direct medical questions to the concerned doctor.
- Provide skilled and supportive communication to couples.




- Coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure smooth patient visits.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Follow hospital protocols and patient service standards.

Eligibility Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospital, IVF centre, fertility clinic, or healthcare organisation is required.
- Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
- Good patient-handling and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and professional approach towards couples.
- Ability to manage appointments and multiple follow-up activities.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
