Job Summary

Arch Enterprises is looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined ITI Mechanical Trainee to work on fire pumps, fire engines, and related firefighting equipment. The candidate will receive practical training and hands-on exposure to mechanical assembly, installation, servicing, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of fire protection systems.

The ideal candidate should have basic mechanical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and an interest in working with industrial machinery and fire safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians and engineers in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of fire pumps and fire engines.
- Assist in servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting fire pump systems and mechanical components.
- Learn to identify and work with mechanical parts such as pumps, motors, valves, bearings, couplings, pipes, and fittings.
- Assist in pump testing, performance checks, and inspection activities.
- Perform basic mechanical fitting, drilling, cutting, grinding, and assembling activities under supervision.
- Support installation and commissioning of fire pump systems at customer sites.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
- Coordinate with senior technicians and engineers to complete assigned tasks within timelines.




- Maintain basic records of servicing, maintenance, and technical activities.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- Understanding of mechanical tools, equipment, and workshop practices.
- Interest in pumps, engines, motors, and industrial machinery.
- Basic knowledge of fitting, assembling, and maintenance work.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites whenever required.

Educational Qualification
- ITI in Mechanical Fitter / Machinist / Diesel Mechanic or any relevant mechanical trade.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with practical workshop or industrial training experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
